“Later that day I got to thinking about relationships. There are those that open you up to something new and exotic, those that are old and familiar, those that bring up lots of questions, those that bring you somewhere unexpected, those that bring you far from where you started, and those that bring you back. But the most exciting, challenging and significant relationship of all is the one you have with yourself. And if you find someone to love the you you love, well that’s just fabulous . ”
So in true Carrie Bradshaw style, I couldn’t help but wonder…
How do you improve the relationship you have with yourself and become the most fabulous version of you?
Hello… I’m Zoe. I’m a Therapist, Life Coach and Writer and I’m also the founder of Mascara for the Mind.
In all of these roles, I work together with women to help them discover who they are and who they want to be. Learning to love, accept and celebrate themselves whilst creating the lives they deserve.
Why? Because knowing who you are is the absolute foundation for your life – every reaction, interaction and emotion stems from within you, and forms the basis of every other relationship in your life.
I absolutely understand the struggle with identity and direction. Having been on a journey of self-discovery and learning myself, I’ve built up a ‘vanity case’ of tools and tips that I can’t wait to share with you.
FACILITATE YOUR FABULOUS
Sadly, too many women have fears, doubts, anxieties and limiting beliefs holding them back.
For over 10 years, I’ve been working as a therapist and life coach, using skills which include Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and hypnotherapy. Encouraging and supporting women in their desire to make positive change. Allowing them to become a more compelling version of themselves.
Via phone or Skype, I create a safe, non-judgemental space in which you are free to be yourself. I listen, understand and provide honest straight-talking and compassionate feedback, bringing clarity and purpose, whilst cheer leading and championing your cause.
In this approachable and supportive environment, you’ll be seen and heard, you’ll gain the confidence to resolve what’s holding you back, embrace who you are and create the life you want to live.
Discover how to uncover the most fabulous version of yourself. Defining your strengths, talents and abilities. Creating confidence and inner harmony, allowing you to find joy in the simplest of things.
WORDS OF WISDOM
As well as one to one client work, I also help a wider audience through my blog using quotes, thoughts, ideas, anecdotes, inspiration, beauty tips, life lessons and pretty much anything else that will encourage women to make positive changes!
More recently I’ve been working on a book, also called Mascara for the Mind. It’s a collection of inspirational, thought-provoking stories and and practical information covering everything from Imposter Syndrome to how to get a good nights’ sleep. The book also includes contributions from inspiring individuals including beauty editors and respected authors on how women can be the best version of themselves.
By using my knowledge and experience, and sharing the ideas, passions and talents of other inspirational women, my hope is that the women I work with will find the freedom to be who they really are – their fullest, most compelling and loving selves.
