
Simple Technique To Help You Sleep
Yesterday I wrote a blog about sleep and then last night it just wasn’t happening. *Cue Alanis Morissette
I’d set my alarm clock for 6am – for the first time in a fortnight (Merry Christmas).
So the pressure was on to clock up my 8 hours. Luckily I know an amazing self hypnosis technique that works every time, so I wanted to share it with you.
Here goes;
Lie in bed with your eyes open and begin to notice;
3 things you can see
3 things you can hear
3 things you can feel
Now close your eyes and repeat the exercise, only this time using your imagination. I usually end up on a Caribbean beach… Irie.

Once is usually enough but if you need to repeat, start from the beginning with your eyes open.
