So when you are faced with a situation that takes you out of your comfort zone and you find your confidence in need of a boost, try standing in a power (Wonder Woman) pose for two minutes. The pose (as I’m sure you know!) involves standing with your legs shoulder-width apart, chest out, with your arms placed on the waist (basque and boots optional).
Increasing testosterone levels (connected with dominance) and decreasing cortisol (connected with stress).
