Parisian Thoughts On Beauty

True beauty comes from growing into yourself.

Women are often led to believe that beauty fades with age – that beauty must go hand in hand with youth.

But during my time living in Paris, where my favourite activity was to sit with a coffee and a croissant and watch the world go by.

I couldn’t help but notice the stylish women ‘of a certain age’ who strutted along the streets.

They turned heads and they knew it.

Their power was in their self-acceptance, in their confidence, in feeling great in their own skin.

It made me realise that beauty is as much a state of mind as it is a collection of creams!
