About 14 years ago I was feeling far from fabulous. I was stressed, anxious, paralysed by procrastination. I’d lost my sense of self, my head was full of whizzing thoughts that I just couldn’t seem to grab a hold of – no matter how hard I tried.
There had to be more to life than this?!
