About 14 years ago I was feeling far from fabulous. I was stressed, anxious, paralysed by procrastination. I’d lost my sense of self, my head was full of whizzing thoughts that I just couldn’t seem to grab a hold of – no matter how hard I tried.
There had to be more to life than this?!
So, I couldn’t help but wonder… how do you improve the relationship you have with yourself?
I studied Neuro-Linguistic-Programming (NLP) and became an NLP Master Practitioner and a Solution Focused Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist DHypPsych (UK). Combining my Learning and Development qualifications and skills to create Mascara for the Mind.
How I can help you be the woman you want to be!
I’ll help you look at yourself and your life from a fresh perspective. We can identify what you want and resolve what’s holding you back, before creating what’s next for you!
This may mean letting go of habits, beliefs and behaviours that no longer serve a positive purpose in your life.
Removing the psychic spanx that keep you restricted and prevent you from being your true self and packing away any emotional baggage you may be carrying.
Like a make-over for your mind
You’ll start to understand yourself, your values, passions and dreams.
Recognising and embracing the unique strengths and talents that you bring to the world.
Having the confidence to be yourself and create a life you love.
I’m super excited to share with you what I’ve learnt and am still learning through my blog.
Let’s apply some Mascara for the Mind!
