  • The Origami Effect

    As the paper unfolds the mind unfolds offering inner peace and freedom. I decided to give it a go! It was really relaxing and a great exercise in mindfulness, as the process requires your full attention with only the occasional expletive! Choosing to make a crane because it has become a symbol of hope and healing during challenging times (I think 2020/2021 counts!)
